We deliver across India. Here is how and when your order reaches you.

Where we deliver
We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes in India through our courier partners. Enter your PIN code on any product page or at checkout to check delivery and COD availability.

Shipping charges
Delivery charges depend on your address and are shown at checkout, before you pay. There are no extra charges for cash on delivery.

Dispatch time
Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery timelines
Metro cities: 2 to 4 working days. Rest of India: 4 to 7 working days. Remote areas, including parts of the North East, Jammu & Kashmir and island territories, may take up to 10 working days.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp and email.

Failed deliveries
Our courier partner attempts delivery up to three times. If the order cannot be delivered, it returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please photograph it and write to us within 48 hours of delivery at anvayathreads@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-9799556222. We will send a replacement at no cost.
