Anvaya Threads Private Limited, trading as ANVAYA THREADS, 4th Floor, 199, One Good Earth, Sector-71, Fazilpur Jharsa, Gurugram, Haryana, India - 122101, is responsible for your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

When you order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and order history. When you write to us: what you put in the message. When you subscribe: your email address. Payment details are handled by our payment partners; we never see or store card numbers or UPI PINs.

To process and deliver orders, send order updates, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and, if you opt in, send you news and offers.

Only with the services that run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment gateways, courier partners and our email and messaging tools. Each may use your data only to do that job. We never sell your data.

We email you offers and news only if you subscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect straight away. Order and delivery messages are not marketing and still reach you.

Our store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and our sign-up and contact forms ask you to confirm you're 18 or older. If you think a child has sent us their details, write to us and we'll delete them.

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently eight years. Messages and newsletter details are deleted when you ask us to, or when they are no longer needed.

Essential cookies keep the store and your bag working. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you allow them, and you can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Our cookie policy lists what each type does.
