Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and cash on delivery. All prices include GST.
Is cash on delivery available everywhere?
COD is available on most PIN codes across India. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it is packed. Write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we will sort it out.
Shipping
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges depend on your address and are shown at checkout, before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities usually receive orders in 2 to 4 working days, other locations in 4 to 7 working days.
How do I track my order?
We send a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp and email as soon as your order ships.
Returns and refunds
Can I return my order or get a refund?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Products and care
What sizes do you offer?
King size only. Our bedsheets and comforters are 108 × 108 in (274 × 274 cm, about 9 × 9 ft), which tucks in neatly on most king and queen mattresses up to 10 inches deep.
Are your bedsheets really 100% cotton?
Yes. Every sheet, pillow cover and comforter shell is 100% cotton.
What is the difference between Regular and Premium?
Regular is a crisp, matte and cool cotton. Premium is a smoother, heavier cotton with a soft sheen.
Will the sheets shrink?
Our cotton is pre-washed. Expect very little shrinkage if you wash cold and tumble dry low.
Do you sell fitted sheets?
Each sheet set includes a flat sheet and two pillow covers. Fitted sheets are coming soon.
